How to book with us
Contact us
Contact Ecotourism Bukit Lawang via the contact form, email or Whatsapp to ask any remaining questions and to let us know what jungle trek or activity you would like to book. Once you have decided your itinerary (jungle treks, tours and/or transportation), we will sent you an email with a booking summary and the information you need to make a deposit payment using Wise or via normal bank transfer.
Please note that Ecotourism Bukit Lawang cannot offer discounts on jungle treks or day tours. The prices of the jungle treks and tours in Bukit Lawang are decided by the Indonesia Tourist Guides Association and should be the same in every company. We want our guests to enjoy the full experience with the same quality service but most important: we want our staff - your guides - to get paid a normal salary for their hard work!
Pay a deposit
We will request you to pay a deposit of approximately 30% on the booking total using Wise or via normal bank transfer to secure your activities. Most of our guests have used Wise since it only takes 3 minutes to create an account and the transfer fees are low! Further details will be listed in the email. All bookings must be confirmed and deposits paid at least 7 days prior to arrival. We cannot accommodate short-notice bookings online.
Please note that under exceptional circumstances Ecotourism Bukit Lawang reserves the right to cancel a booking and refund the deposit.
Full payment
Once the deposit is paid, we will ask you to pay the amount that is left in cash when you arrive in Bukit Lawang. We will let you know the exact amount to bring in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and the equivalence in Euros.
Please note that there is no ATM machine in Bukit Lawang. Make sure you bring enough cash to pay for the rest of your booking and for your accommodation, food and other activities!
